I am the granddaughter of Anna and Claire, the daughter of Kettly.
I carry with me the resilience, tenderness, and wisdom of the women who came before me and the responsibility to tend what is passed forward.

A smiling woman with natural curly hair wearing a white long-sleeve ribbed top and beige skirt, standing against a plain white background.

I was born an observer: curious and imaginative, always tinkering, experimenting, and losing myself in stories long before I learned how to write my own. Even then, I was listening to people, to patterns, to what lives beneath the surface.

Alongside this lineage and lived experience, my work is grounded in formal nursing education and years of hands-on practice in community and family care. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am a Registered Nurse, with professional experience across public health, community mental health, home care, and bedside nursing. I previously worked as a Public Health Nurse and Supervisor, supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood.

My training includes certification in Birth & Reproductive Trauma and Perinatal Mental Health , as well as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I am also a certified Holistic Doula. These roles have shaped my trauma-informed, relational approach, one that integrates clinical knowledge with embodied care, cultural wisdom, and respect for the nervous system.

Beyond credentials, I am a daughter, sister, aunt, partner, friend, and dog mom. These relationships alongside my lived experiences, have been my greatest teachers. They’ve taught me how to listen without urgency, how to support without fixing, and how to hold space with steadiness, warmth, and humility.

Today, my work centers on postpartum care, parenthood, and life transitions supporting individuals, parents, and families as they navigate recovery, identity shifts, emotional integration, and the practical realities of early parenthood and relational change.
